Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotel and transported to the Panda Breeding and Research Center (approximately 50 minutes away), home to over 100 giant pandas. Arrival is around 9:00 a.m., an ideal time to observe the pandas as they are most active, engaging in activities such as eating, napping, tumbling, and climbing trees. Visitors can also explore panda kindergartens and nursery rooms to see many charming baby pandas.
Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo) - Following this, the journey continues to Leshan (approximately 2 hours) to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha, the world’s largest and tallest stone-carved Buddha statue. Constructed over 1,300 years ago to bless passing boats, the Giant Buddha has long attracted travelers eager to witness its grandeur. Upon arrival, visitors can either climb to the mountain top for a closer view of the Giant Buddha or take a cruise for a panoramic perspective.
Mount Emei
Mount Emei (Emeishan) - This day is dedicated to exploring Mount Emei. A tour bus will take visitors to the mountain top.
