Brilliant service - We booked a driver for our journey to and back from Jinshanling section of the Great Wall where we were staying overnight.
Excellent communication with Benny’s pre booking and prior to our drivers arrival.
Our driver, Master Duan, arrived on time, was very polite and helpful. His car was spacious, clean and comfortable - he even provided water and fruit for our journeys, thoughtful and appreciated. We communicated via a translation ap. He offered to arrange our daily entry tickets & cable car rides (going rate) which made for a smooth and easy experience.
Thank you and we would definitely recommend using Benny’s and our driver, Master Duan.

Great private car ride - Our driver Mr. Sze is very helpful, looks after us really well for the day, the scenery of the Great Wall was amazing and we had a really enjoyable and safe journey.

Very good overall - I had an excellent experience with the driver service during my visit to the Great Wall. From the very beginning, the driver was incredibly professional, punctual, and supportive. He greeted us with a warm smile, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Throughout the journey, he was attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. He provided helpful tips about the best spots to visit and even shared some local insights about the history of the Great Wall, adding a personal touch to the trip.
The car was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making the drive smooth and enjoyable. He also paid attention to our needs, offering water, fruits and making sure we were comfortable during the ride.
What stood out the most was his genuinely friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile to make our trip special.
I highly recommend this driver service to anyone visiting Beijing or planning a trip to the Great Wall. Five stars for professionalism, kindness, and making our day memorable!

Excellent English speaking driver - Contacted Benny after my air tix was booked. Benny was prompt in his reply. Benny assigned Hill to be my driver cum guide. Hill planned our 4 days trip and pre book our tix for forbidden city and summer palace. He also update us on the weather there. During this 4 days Hill’s service was awesome. He was punctual and pleasant guy. His explanations at forbidden city gave us a better understanding of the history of China. We truly enjoyed our trip and plan to come back next year.

Great experience - Super happy with Benny and the Chinese speaking driver who drove us to Jinshanling. Communicating with Benny through WhatsApp was super easy, he responded quickly and gave me all the information I needed. He also confirmed our trip again one day before as a reminder, which I thought was very professional.
The driver was also great, we opted for a Chinese speaking driver since we didn't need a guide and despite my limited Chinese he made sure to help us get our tickets once we arrived at the wall. I hadn't considered that he would be doing that and was expecting to deal with those things on my own.
Jinshanling was out of this world beautiful and I recommend it, and Benny's Guide & Driver Service to everyone.
