Fantastic trip to Chefchaouen - Wonderful excursion to Chechaouen with Mohamed! He made nice stops and showed us everything Chefchaouen needed. The day was great!

Chefchaouen is a visual deight - For those of you planning a Morocco itinerary, I'd very, very strongly recommend considering the Fes to Chefchaouen day trip. It's definitely become our favourite day so far in our Morocco holiday. First and foremost, I have to give huge kudos to our guide and driver, Ebrahim. His manners, humility and courtesy is outstanding, while being engaging and mindful about your well being and enjoyment every minute he's with you. He's a huge reason that our Chaouen (as the locals call it) visit has been so special. Ebrahim picked us up from the Riad dot at 9AM as agreed. The car was big, comfortable and best in shape Mercedes Benz. The car quality would make a big difference as the drive is about 4 hours on each side. We sped through the city as Ebrahim continued to point at the important landmarks and soon we were on the highway overlooking the green countryside. The natural beauty between Fes and Chaouen is outstanding and the landscape keeps changing every 10-15 minutes. As you'd soak in the natural beauty Ebrahim will tell you the history of Chefchaouen and also explain the surroundings you're driving through. He was very mindful of giving us comfort breaks on both directions of travel, and kept us engaged in fascinating conversation, which made the journey so enjoyable. He himself has got a fascinating life experience that you can learn for yourself when you get to meet him. One at Chefchaouen, he'll give you ample time to roam around and enjoy the Chefchaouen Medina. Let's talk about that experience for a moment. Simply put, Chaouen is one of the most visually stunning places in the world. The vibrant blue coloured alleys, the cute tiny houses and the murals on the walls are sensory delights as well as being an Instagrammar's paradise. The Medina has numerous stalls where you can buy artisanal products. We found this medina to be more relaxed in terms of pricing and bargaining. On our way back Ebrahim took us to the co op with genuine honey, olive, olive oil, fragrances, spices and what not. Being government regulated, the price point is among the lowest I found in Morocco. This co op is a must visit. On our way back Ebrahim dropped us at a different location to our riad, which we wanted to go to, thus bringing the wonderful experience to an end. But fond memories have been created, forever. Thank you Ebrahim!

Great Trip and Driver - What a wonderful trip to Chefchaouen from Fez. Our driver, Sufyan, was considerate, smart, witty, and provided a wealth of knowledge concerning Morocco, its people, and the surrounding landscape along the trip route. He was a true gem. Chefchaouen is a unique little city with great food and the mountains surrounding the city are breathtaking.

Great experience - The car was very comfortable and spacious. Our driver and guide Mohamed was very attentive during the ride. Once there he took us to a great restaurant and showed us the best spots for photos. All around a great experience.

Fez weekend escape and Chafchouen day trip - Driver Said was the highlight of your trip. We usually travel on our own but the driver service was excellent. A special remark to Mr Said who was attentive to our needs , gave us local recommendations , we felt like traveling with a friend .

Amazing Morocco Trip! - Truly the best trip I’ve been on, all thanks to our driver Badr who took such great care of my mom and I and who was insanely hospitable and kind and the best tour guide one could ask for! He drove us all the way from fez to chefchouain to Casablanca to Marrakech, and then back to Casablanca for our flight, all at such an excellent price! He made us feel so at home and comfortable the whole time and truly could not have asked for more! I will have memories of this journey for a lifetime and I feel that I made a life-long friend with Badr from this trip. I cannot cannot wait to come back!!
