Chefchaouen - In this workshop, participants will discover how the loom operates and explore the variety of textiles that can be crafted using a traditional loom. The process of creating bed blankets and aprons, which are specialties of the Berber people from the Rif mountains, will be explained.
All activities will be conducted alongside female artisans. The process of making a blanket, apron, bag, and napkin will be demonstrated.
The activity lasts approximately 2 hours. Following this, participants will enjoy lunch with the women’s cooperative, sip tea, engage in conversation, and take photos.
Finally, participants will be escorted back to their hotel.

A warm, exciting and authentic experience 😄 - Wish we could give it more than five stars!! It was our favorite experience during our time in Morocco 😊 We had a wonderful time learning a new skill and a little bit of Arabic while getting to know everyone!! Fatima is lovely and works in sustainable development, so was so friendly and made the whole experience go smoothly!! And the women from the collective were absolutely magnificent- Harifa and Zora made us feel like part of their family!! I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Morocco.
