The tour guide, Ben, was informative and entertaining.

Tandy was a great story teller. We really enjoyed the tour.

It was ok…. He walked and talked while walking which made it hard to concentrate on what he was saying because I was watching where I stepped. Lots of stairs and inclines. Only one hour long and most tours are at least 1 1/2 if not 2. I’ve been on a lot of these type tours and the stories he told weren’t spooky or really interesting. The story about the lady at the end would have been better if told at her grave site instead of where there used to be a house she owned. He was nice and we tipped, but it wasn’t the best. Partly due to the places it took place at.

After all the hype, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. We were at the designated tour spot early. The guide was so late I had to call the tour operator and ask. He finally showed up at 3 minutes to 8, while I was in the phone with her. We heard 4 stories, one about a stop we weren't even at, the choo choo while we were at the aquarium) he was lackluster and awkward, and not able to engage his audience. The only positive experience was when the trip advisor and tour office worked together to fix a booking error. The tour itself was pure letdown, definitely not worth what we spent on tickets and we will never book with this tour company again. The tour even ended early, no where near the hour and a half it was supposed to be. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money. Never having been to Chattanooga, there were so many other things I could have done for that price and gotten enjoyment from it.
