The history lesson was great, and Scott was very enthusiastic. I liked the size of the group, about 12. I would have liked to have gotten the email I was promised with details of the tour. I had to go back to the website to figure out where to meet, then I had to ask if I was in the right group, because there were a few groups there. A little confusing, but overall, a good tour.

The tour was very slow, and the guide spent far too long on each story. It was hard to stand still for 20 min at each stop. It seems like a 5 min story and keep walking would be better. There was a lot of detail and background before the murder/death story part that could have been abbreviated to hold our attention. The group seemed large and didn't make introductions or mesh in any way but we spent 1.5 hrs together.

The tour was boring. The use of showing photos on a cell phone to a large group of people is not good. Have a web site with photos to access for all. It did not measure up to the ghost tour I took in Savannah. Needs improvement and mush more pizazz.
