Great fun with an excellent tour guide! - Simon was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time at each location to eat and have drinks. The food at the first two locations were excellent, the second two were ok but the drinks we bought at the last stop Carmella's made up for it; they were delicious. All in all I would definitely take this tour again or even another tour with Simon!

Charleston Food tour…awesome! - My mom and I took the food tour in Charleston. I appreciated the meeting place which was a store front where water and tea was offered, a bathroom and most importantly, air conditioning. It was very hot but our tour guide Michael was very considerate about keeping us in the shade while telling us some local history. The restaurants we went to were all very close so the walking part was easy. We very much enjoyed all of the food on the tour. They were mainly things I probably would not order so it was fun to taste new things. The portions were just right too! Our group had 14 people but Michael did a nice job of sharing his knowledge and explaining what we were eating on both sides of the table so we all were included on the information. Michael was very friendly and easy to listen to. We very much enjoyed all of the stories and historical information! We learned a lot!

Good food and interesting history of the area. - Delicious food and interesting / informative tout guide. We took the competing food tour (Secret Food Tour) and this one was much better. We were seated in four different air conditioned restaurants to sample food during this tour while the other one had us seated outside in 90 degree heat and standing around. Very full after this tour. Had small pulled pork sandwich, shrimp, fried chicken along with various veggies with each entry and a desert at the last restaurant. Would do this one again if we return since they change restaurants periodically according to the guide.

A great thing to do in Charleston - Our guide, Michael, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, and he was charming. The tour was great, but he truly added to it. He had wonderful stories and asides to share with us. I highly recommend it. The tour owner was also so welcoming, it was a pleasure to speak with him, as well. In addition, they have some wonderful items available for purchase to enhance your memories and taste buds!

Tasty afternoon - We had so much fun. There was a nice variety of foods to try and something for everyone. We were part of a group of 12 so got to meet other people visiting and had some lovely conversations Michael had a lot of interesting history to provide and did a good job keeping everyone engaged. The pace was just right and made for a fun afternoon. I would definitely do another tour with Michael.

Come hungry! - The food was delicious at each of the 4 stops. The combined amount of food we received during the tour was definitely equivalent to a full meal. We were stuffed when the tour ended.
