You will be very happy with Kay as your guide - Kay was fabulous. She did some initial probing of our knowledge/interests and tailored her historical information based on what we would find interesting and educational. She is very friendly, funny, and very interesting. Any and all questions are welcome. The tour went by very quickly. Loved it!!!

Kay Abrams is the bomb! - Kay is the whole package. Fun, engaging, interesting and witty. Not only did she research what our group wanted, but also delivered in spades. I don’t believe there’s another person that knows as much about Charleston and its history than Kay!

Amazing tour through historical Charleston - My wife, my daughter and I did the walking tour led by guide Kay Abrams. Kay showed us the beautiful historical quarters of Charleston, in a truly amazing tour that took about two very interesting hours. Kay’s in-depth knowledge about the history of Charleston is outstanding, and her narrative style truly engaging and a lot of fun with lively stories from many centuries. We would highly recommend future visitors to join the tour. And if you happen to stay in the gorgeous Hotel Bennett than we highly recommend to talk to the Head Concierge Kevin McQuade, who is outstandingly knowledgeable about all you need to know about Charleston and who recommended the tour with Kay to us.

Amazing Afternoon with Kay - We went on this walking tour during a girls’ trip to Charleston and absolutely loved it! Our guide, Kay, was lovely — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun stories about the city’s history. We saw some really unique spots that we never would’ve found on our own and learned so much along the way. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing and local insight. Highly recommend!
