- Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum - Although this is not a guided cruise, the exceptional crew is eager to answer any questions about Charleston’s historic landmarks you’ll encounter, such as Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown, an Essex-class aircraft carrier that played a significant role in World War II.
- Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge - Be sure to admire Charleston’s modern marvel with a close-up view of the stunning Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the western hemisphere. You can assist in raising and trimming the sails, or simply relax and enjoy the journey.

Experience the charm of historic Charleston Harbor with a unique sailing adventure. There’s no better way to enjoy Charleston’s stunning sights as we raise the sails and glide through the waters, passing some of the nation’s most historic landmarks and observing playful bottlenose dolphins frolicking in the harbor. Sail past iconic locations such as Fort Sumter, USS Yorktown, Arthur J. Ravenel Bridge, and the Battery. As a sailing vessel, our route and the landmarks we encounter may vary daily due to weather conditions. Come aboard for a relaxing harbor sail!
- Welcome to bring your own snacks or picnic; however you can not bring your own beverages
- Guests are welcome to go below deck or stay in the shade of the sails to keep out of the sun
- The Schooner Pride is not wheelchair accessible. We will do our best to accommodate disabled persons, but there are 5 stairs then a gangplank to cross to board. The “head” is also below deck and you will need to negotiate stairs to use it.

The Schooner Pride is docked at the floating dock at The Aquarium Wharf to the left of the SC Aquarium. Closest parking is in the Aquarium garage at 24 Calhoun Street or at the parking meters along Concord, Charlotte, Laurens and Washington Streets.

Chill way to see the Harbour with a great crew - Very well-organized, wonderfully supportive crew and captain, beautiful views of the harbor. Be prepared to just sit back and chill (with a libation from the menu, of course).

Do NOT miss this experience. - We absolutely loved the peaceful harbor tour. The captain and his crew were fun, professional, funny and very knowledgeable. Watching the dolphins swimming all around us was amazing as the crew pointed them out. Pulling into the dock we watched a freighter leaving port and pass right by us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water, under sail. What a fantastic, reasonably priced experience.

Laid back harbor tour.... - Laid back harbor tour. This is a tour that lets you sit back and enjoy the sites and isn't guided. But, the captains are also more than happy to answer any questions you may have. We also saw several dolphin pods, which was a great experience.

Dolphin Watching - The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and interacted with all the passengers. My husband loved getting to help hoist one of the sails and was surprised at how hard that job was. The crew made it look so easy! The weather was perfect and we saw lots of dolphin, including a number of youngsters. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.

Relaxing sail on a beautiful afternoon. - Fun relaxing chill trip on a beautiful sunny day on Charleston harbor. Just sailing and enjoying the view. Captain and crew are happy to chat but it's not a narrated tour. There were only 14 of us so it was more like a private charter. Pretty harbor especially compared to Savannah. Leaves from Charleston just left of the National Historical site for Ft Sumpter ferry and aquarium. Best garage for parking is on Concord St on left with $3/hr parking (not the garage on right with sign for aquarium which is $15 flat rate. Or the street- max 2 hr meters.
