A Fantastic Tour - This is a fantastic tour! Our excellent tour guide Dennis Mardis made the tour so informative and fun. We highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn about Charleston, its history and architecture. Our only regret was we did this on day 2 of our visit instead of the first day. A wonderful experience with a terrific guide!

Amazing Historical Charleston - Our tour guide was Michael. He did an amazing job sharing his love for his home town of Charleston. He had 20 people in his group and did a wonderful job keeping us together and was loud enough so that we all could hear him share facts, stories and details about the city. Well done! I definately recommend this tour.

Charlston historical district - Expert guide. Told great stories and pointed out details of homes and buildings I never would have noticed. Great walking route through a few secret alleyways.

A must for anybody visiting Charleston for the first time - A totally excellent way to see the city of Charleston and learn about some of its history… I preferred the walking tour to a carriage because there was more time to take pictures and actually see some of the buildings up close. And what made the tour even better was our tour guide Al, he was from the area and knew all of the history going back to before the Civil War.

EXPECT MORE FROM THE TOUR, - I expected more from the tour. I did not feel that there was much discussion about the architecture. Interesting information about history and local norms was shared. The guide had a lot of experience and knowledge, but I thought he would talk more about design and architecture.
