Charleston - Adam was very friendly. He told great history and ghost stories. I felt like there was more history than ghost stories but overall absolutely a good time.

Engaging tour led by a passionate historian. Support a small business owner. - Very enjoyable tour. Adam is knowledgeable and his passion for Charleston history is authentic. He is a great storyteller weaving in history and personal anecdotes. My high school son enjoyed the tour. It was just the right length. We also liked supporting a small business.

Lots of history - Adam was a nice friendly guy who told great stories and even showed us so great photos. He is very knowledgeable of Charleston history and the town. There were lulls in the tour where we were just walking. Most tour guides will talk most of the time so I felt he could have added to the experience but overall we learned a lot.

Nice walk, not haunted - Good walk thru the city, but our guide didn’t really tell us anything scary or anything that made us even want to believe the stories he told. He mentioned several times “this is my fourth tour of the day” and kept showing photos from 20+ years ago that looked more like bad exposure than anything convincing. Charleston has lots of scary/dark history, but this tour didn’t convey it in a compelling way.

Meh - Felt kind of like a schpiel for Adam. At one point he spent more time telling us about his anxiety attack. The pictures were hard to believe, so I guess it depends if you’re a believer or not. It was just kind of hokie.
