Firstly it was a good tour. All the routes are randomly selected so there's no option with that. We were two couples so the guide tailored his talk and tour to our questions and interest. For improvements: it was cold even with the blanket we brought. I saw other tours from same company with blankets offered. Could have used one of yours. Also could have used8% more architectural descriptions. Thaks

We enjoyed this tour very much! Just long enough for the hot day and we really appreciated the concern for the horse, too. Our guide was engaging and informative without being corny. Great experience. We will do it again...but probably not as a group tour. It was disappointing that one row had 2 people and ours had 4. I realize we were 2 couples (not together) and you probably wanted to keep us together. However, my husband and I would gladly have split up to have been more comfortable. Just my opinion...thanks for letting me share it!

I loved the carriage ride, but I would have loved a tour guide with a little more insight to the stories around the buildings and sites we passed - more than "that's a really pretty house on the left, and that's a really pretty house on the right..."

Easy to find. Knowledgable driver and everything went smoothly.

I am handicapped and was unsure if I would be able to get into the carriage. When we arrived, they took me aside to where they had a ladder and carriage for me to attempt to board out of sight of the public. I could get on the carriage and even though it took me longer to board, never did I feel rushed. They also offered to refund my ticket, if I couldn't board. The guide was knowledgeable, made history fun and took time to answer all of our questions. He related well to all ages (5-70) on the carriage. You also can't beat their policy of a refund of your ticket cost (plus a free tour) if they miss a starting time and you checked in at least 30 minutes early. If I ever get back to Charleston, I hope to take more of their tours!
