The hot pot offers a variety of ingredients, and the guide will help you select sliced meat, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, tofu, and seafood. Once cooked, you can enjoy them with a special sauce if desired. Mongolian hot pot is a favorite among locals during the winter months.
- Longqing Gorge - Following dinner, you will travel to Longqing Gorge in Yanqing County, Beijing, to experience the Ice Lantern Festival.
- Longqing Gorge Ice and Snow Festival - Each year during the ice lantern festival, ice and snow sculptures along with ice slides are showcased over 300 meters of the gorge. In the evening, colorful lights illuminate the ice sculptures, creating a stunning and captivating display. You will have the opportunity to admire the ice carvings and various lanterns for approximately 2 hours. After this delightful evening tour, you will be transported back to your hotel in downtown Beijing.
