A great experience ! - I was with my family in Chania and I chose this activity! I made a very good choice because the museum and the film of the Minoan civilization were what I wanted for my children to see about the history of the Domain and the Minoans! The staff was very helpful, well done to the owners!

Best activity in Chania - First time vacationing in Chania, Crete, a friend told me to come here to Minoan's world! He was right, it is a perfect activity with a very beautiful museum that deals with the Minoan civilization! I highly recommend it, it is one of the best activities in Chania! Many thanks to the owners!

Awesome introduction to Crete and the Minoan history and civilization - Entertaining, interesting, and exciting. Well done, good effects. Eight-year-old enjoyed it, grandma enjoyed it, and the parents were happy that everyone was happy!

Fun attraction - This is a fun attraction which I think would appeal to all ages .I found it easy to find as it is located near the central bus stop.Its not cheap but it's worth it.The staff are friendly and explain the safety procedures involved.I would highly recommend it.

Minoan History and fun photos - It's quite a small experience- the 9d films are quite fun though and the staff really helpful and friendly in the (small) photo section. A good 40 min experience but a little pricey! One way to learn about Minoan myths and legends though.

Good idea but poorly delivered - Good idea with somewhat poor execution. Only 1 of the 4 videos speaks to Minoan life. The rest are all fillers. So in essence you’re getting maybe 10 minutes of information. Not really worth it.

Absolutely shameful - Wish I could say that we got to have the 9D experience, but alas. I came here with my wife and another friend hoping to ride - we were the only ones there. But as we started to pay, the attendant pulled my wife aside and started telling her about accessibility accomodations involving a chair that would not move. All of us were really confused and thought it was maybe a language barrier thing, but alas, it became clear that this man deemed my wife too overweight for the ride. Now, my wife is gorgeous and curvy and has never been turned away from any similar ride before in her life. We tried to clarify that she was well under the limits posted on their own website and on their wall before our eyes, but the employee kept insisting that IN HIS EXPERIENCE it would be for her own "safety" to sit in the chair which would not move. Mind you, this "accommodation" was not being offered at a reduced price even though it kind of kills the entire point of the 9D experience. We would have happily signed a waiver, but this option was not offered. It was absolutely humiliating and unnecessary. We didn't come there for my wife to be fat shamed by some fatphobic d-bag! Again, I must reiterate that we read the limits and my wife was well BELOW the posted limits and this guy was judging her solely based on how he thought she looked. Suffice to say, all 3 of us were outraged and left without giving them our money. I realize this review won't deter most people from coming here, but if it spares anyone else the trip and the humiliation, then it's worth it. Shame on you, Minoan's World!
