• Thai Cottage Home Cookery School - Guests will be picked up from their hotel and taken to a local market, where they can soak in the lively atmosphere and explore the fresh produce used by the community.

Following the market visit, the group will head to an organic garden to discover the herbs and vegetables that will be used in the cooking class. Participants will have the chance to select and learn how to prepare six Thai dishes, each from a different category. Additionally, everyone will learn to make sticky rice for the traditional sweet sticky rice with mango and create curry paste from scratch.

Participants will enjoy cooking and dining in a traditional Thai family style within the organic kitchen garden. A dedicated instructor will teach using a unique, hands-on approach, and everyone will receive a PDF version of the recipe book online. After wrapping up and addressing any questions, guests will be safely returned to their hotel.
