A thrilling experience - I have loved it so much that I went to the park twice within some days. All the activities are very exciting. It made me relived my childhood memories. There are plenty of shops to buy merch from. I would visit the place again and again

You’re never too old for Disneyland - All the rides are thrilling and especially enjoyable for adults under 30. They seem thoughtfully designed for young adults who may have missed out on parts of their childhood. However, the helpers at the popcorn stall came across as bullying and judgmental toward people of other races, which was quite disappointing.

Frustrated and disappointed - Hello, the whole day of our stay at Disneyland was good for my wife, my three year old daughter and myself. Nevertheless, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication. Our daughter's dream was to meet the Disney princesses, to please her we offered her the trip to Disneyland. We come from Brittany so train, accommodation and food to pay obviously for our trip, but whatever we wanted to please our daughter and see the famous "Disney magic" burst in her eyes at the sight of the princesses. As she was not our surprise when we showed up in front of the Princesses Pavilion, we could not go back because a reservation must be made on the park app. No one told us and a hostess told us very dryly! So we download the app that tells us we can book only from 2pm....it was 11am. All right, we set an alarm at 1:55 p.m. to be sure we can book, and there the app, three times, tells us at 14:00 “error please start again”. We therefore ask the hostess in front of the attraction (because we were obviously already there) why this error. His very aggressive response “Well, that’s complete, sir, where do you think you are? You’re at Disneyland Paris here!”....and we couldn’t get there, the disappointment in my daughter’s eyes and crying tore my heart because we made the trip to really see these characters. The same goes for the meetings of the other characters, the hosts tell us that we must book.... no communication on the subject, so it was very hard to meet these characters. I do not wish any parent to see sadness in their children’s eyes as we read it in our daughter’s eyes. Nevertheless we were able to make other attractions and meet really nice and helpful employees. But beware of misleading advertising, “Disney magic” is not present throughout the park and friendliness is not present in all employees. The park doesn’t really care, I guess, but we won’t come back immediately after this experience.

Poor management of weather conditions - We visited Disneyland Paris on January 7 despite the snow. We were told the park was open, but more than half of the attractions were closed. Moreover, the walkways were not clear and very slippery, making walking difficult and dangerous. Access was complicated because of blocked roads. Very disappointing for the price paid. Hopefully, communication and weather management will be improved.

Disappointed - First time at Disneyland Paris with my wife and 2 year old son. We booked this for him for Christmas expecting it to be so magical. There wasn’t anything magical about the whole experience. They let far too many people into the park. For everything and anything you want to do there is a queue. The shortest queue we waited in was around 30mins long. It was 30mins queue for the baby changing room which there is one located at each of the toilet blocks. I found this to be unbelievable considering the park is aimed towards family and kids. It was 30mins to queue for a coffee or a drink in the outdoor carts. We went to an indoor eating area and while my wife was in the queue for food I was waiting with my son in his pram beside a table which another family were getting up from as they had finished there food and another family just pushed in front of me and sat down which I found to be very ignorant. A lot of the park seems aimed towards making money and not the experience, we are a very easy family to please and don’t mind spending money but there’s a difference between spending money and being ripped off. Nothing is signposted to let people know where the toilets etc are located, lack of seated restaurants. Grown men and women pushing kids aside to get on rides and get food. It’s an experience that thankfully we only booked for 2x days and will never be as glad to get home from. Ps Au Revior
