Very serious - Very serious ultra responsive agency, whether by phone or whatsapp. I was fully satisfied I recommend without hesitation and would not hesitate to go back through them for a next stay

Great time - We had a great time.
We had the 1 park pass and was quickly ushered into the wrong park by the ground staff. When we went to the gate they allowed us to change and added the 2 park pass at a greatly reduced rate. Win.

Great option - It was easy and a great way to book tickets to the park on a sold out day! You should also make sure to visit both parks, the Crush's coaster is worth it!

Expensive but well organized - Arrangement of going to the park very well. It was quick and the instructions clear. On the way back we didn’t come back to them because we decided to stay in the park and then go on our own.

Not recommend— Extremely Disappointing and Poorly Managed Service - This was by far the **worst tour booking experience I have ever had**, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this service.
The most unacceptable part is that **the park opens at 9:00 AM, yet this tour only departs from Paris at 9:00 AM**. As a result, you do not arrive at the park until around **10:00 AM**, which means you lose the **most valuable and least crowded hour of the entire day**. Anyone visiting Disneyland knows that the first hour is the best time to enjoy the main attractions before the queues become extremely long. Losing this time completely defeats the purpose of paying for a timed tour service.
To avoid this exact issue, I even **booked a hotel close to the park at my own expense** so I could enter early and make the most of my visit. Several days in advance, I repeatedly asked their customer support to provide my ticket earlier so I could go to the park by myself. Instead of helping, they kept giving different excuses and repeatedly told me that the ticket could only be issued on the same day.
Even worse, on the day itself, I was told that the ticket service would arrive at **10:00 AM**, and I did not actually receive my ticket until approximately **10:30 AM**. This caused even more delay and frustration, wasting even more of my limited time inside the park.
The customer service was **extremely unhelpful, poorly organized, and highly disappointing**. Their communication was inconsistent, their support was ineffective, and the overall handling of the situation showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and plans.
I would **not recommend this service to anyone**.

Don't purchase - Transportation was horrible , no assigned seating I was forced to be separated from my fiancee, bus was old and dirty , not with the price at all
