- Montenvers - Mer de Glace - The Montenvers railway departs from Chamonix and reaches the Mer de Glace (1,913m) in just 20 minutes. This is France’s largest glacier, stretching 7km long and 200m thick. Known as the ‘Sea of Ice,’ it offers one of the most breathtaking views in the Alps. Visitors can also explore the Ice Caves carved into the glacier.

Reliable transfer - The transfer service provided by Alpine Fleet for pre-dawn departure from Argentière was exceptional. Reliability is the primary concern for airport transfers and this experience delivered on all fronts. I’m especially appreciative because of my previous bad experiences with other companies.
Alpine Fleet is highly recommended for travelers in the Chamonix Valley looking for a dependable connection to GVA. Martins Sabulis is an asset to the Alpine Fleet team—efficient, courteous, and strictly punctual.
