Once the transfer is confirmed, the driver will be positioned at the airport exit, holding a signboard with the visitors’ names.

Please approach the driver, introduce yourself, and he will assist with loading your luggage into the vehicle. After a warm welcome, you will receive a bottle of water for the journey. The driver will also serve as a tour guide, providing explanations and answering any questions you may have.

After reaching your destination, the driver will ask if you have any special requests and will seek feedback on the service provided. Feel free to express any concerns or inquiries. For requests beyond their duties, they will obtain approval from the office.
