Perfect - My family and I loved the Angra Way ride, it was all flawless. The girls at Cais were super gentle and quick in the organization, even with the crowd of cash and extreme heat. The boat was new, comfortable and went out super fast. Our greetings to the sailors Paul and Jozadaque, both were extremely friendly and dear. It is also worth mentioning the tranquility that the tour was: no loud music (funk) interfering with other boats and no talk in the microphone trying to animate the gallera - as we saw on other boats. On the other hand, we had a varied playlist in a pleasant volume. In addition, all schedules were met. Tour note 10! The Angra Way team is super competent and trained. We loved the tour and recommended to everyone.

Unfortunately it was supposed to be a magical walk and it became a terrible experience... - Unfortunately it was supposed to be a magical walk and it became a terrible experience... Positive points: They respond relatively fast, but I stayed in the communication vacuum to schedule a tour for about an hour and a half to confirm the tour. There was a possibility of rain in the day, yes... there was, but not of starting the walk in the middle of a rush and a storm, right after the departure. Factors that could have been considered by the ship's commander. Despite being highly recommended by the hotel where we stayed, I would not do again with these employees, with this company, maybe rather if they rethink the qualification and opportunities for improvements proposed. Relevant data: Ship: Viva Angra of the day 05/01/2025 time of 11:00 hs Paradise Islands Disorganized receptive: In Cais Santa Luzia there were two women who tried to speak, did not struggle to speak louder and did not use a megaphone (I do not know if it would be allowed but should take into account) were helped by a walker who poorly arranged more confusion in the formation of queues. They should have a sign informing the name of the boat and the time to facilitate access among the crowd. Commander of the ship: At first he seemed like a cool guy, but at the start of the tour he proved unempathic and very selfish... He started by saying that we were going to get wet (of course for sure and obviously so because we were on a boat ride subject to a planned rain season), but the way the commander sailed did not help. Before presenting himself and making a briefing of the safety items of the boat when starting the tour and completing the POB, he prioritized "selling covers" and looked with a deboche face at the passengers saying "don't say I didn't warn"... Dalí onwards became a hell in "high sea"... He was sailing recklessly entering the rush and bad weather, other boats returned due to the rush and even some people asking to go back he followed the journey... there were two babies on the boat. I suggest that the company reconsider and talk to the commander. I've been offshore for over 15 years and I know very well how guys like this are if they don't feel "bajulados" is not a general rule for sailors because there are a lot of good people, but unfortunately there are such examples. The sailor was super good, attentive and kind, this will mention the name because he was a pretty empathic guy (Eduardo, Dudu cara bacana). Before we arrived at the first destination of the tour, we who were on the side, we were already all squeezed, the poor women who were in the boat's popa were all wet, wet clothes, belongings, towels that should be dry inside the bags. One of the women became unrecognizable because she came in one way and came out another... the water washed the makeup and detonated her entire hair. The commander was protected by a kind of shield, but even he had to grab the cover. He fell in heavy conscience and to try to retreat himself gave some plastic bags for the staff to put the cell phones. Finally we arrived at the first destination that was the Dentist's Beach: Difficult approach to sink the boat, 3 unsuccessful attempts almost shooting other boats, almost no one was in the air to go down, many even wanted to go back, but as the weather improved in the proximity of the beach a little, some went down and venture; but the sea was pulling a lot and the boat return to the boat was another terror. Returning to "open sea" again other vessels gave a negative signal and recommended to return, but the commander ignored and we went to the second destination that was the Botinas Aquarium, at least once the commander was wise and recommended not to stop because of the storm and storm in the place, but left to charge whoever wanted to descend at risk. We followed to Ponta da Piedade which was calm near what we had passed, the approach was tense and the boardings and landings were made divided by 2 to 3 sessions each due to resaca, but it was also fast because the site did not offer structure to shelter from the rain. So as there was no exit (and the commander had to complete the "walk"), all scared, wet, stressed and hungry there was no alternative to proceed to the next destination that was the beach of the arrows for lunch... the only strength of the walk since the lunch from the restaurant of Luis that was wonderful. This I will do a separate evaluation. But there on the beach of the arrows we were the only ones we arrived in a raincoat, no one was wet or came in a cover, the people there looked at us like we were aliens, very, but very embarrassing. Note: Although the possibility of bad weather was known, at no time the company or the commander informed that it would be prudent not to follow the ride.
