Embark on an exploration of Angra dos Reis, a true haven situated on the shores of Rio de Janeiro, boasting a broad array of recreational and nature-based activities.
Our departure point is Santa Luzia station at the center of Angra, the place where daily entourages get aboard the schooner. Our initial stop is at the Blue Lagoon, renowned for its strikingly lucid water that is perfect for snorkeling. Here, it’s like being inside a natural fish tank, where you’ll get to see the native marine wildlife at close range!
We then move on to Praia da Araça, a serene and uncomplicated beach, enveloped by large boulders and untamed local forest. Our subsequent location will be the Botinas Islands - an abundant oceanic life-filled natural fish tank that’s perfect for snorkeling.
Finally, we will anchor at Praia das Flechas. Here, we break for lunch at a neighborhood eatery (lunch is not inclusive). After soaking in the beauty of these incredible beaches, we sail back to the schooner and head towards Santa Luzia station.
