This the forced our guide to rush the city catacombs tour also the city walking tour to________ Fifthly Then take us for late by the way to our street food tasting experience. Which quite frankly was a selection of cold over cooked fried mush . We were then told to move along as a party that was also arriving and were allowed to sit down needed our space , standing space i hasten to add !! .Commentary over inadequate communication devices meant with a party of 75 !!!. Important information like return times meeting places were missed and had to be asked by customers waiting in a queue to speak to an apathetic guide who appeared to just wanted to go home . Which bring me to my final point our return time bearing in mind we ended up "losing " an hour and a quarter of our tour today was almost to the minute as scheduled. Do not book this through Jet 2 at the hotel use other outside suppliers . This we understand is organised by a German company for Jet 2 i rang them no reply emailed them no reply . Perhaps that need looking into as well . Palermo is worth the visit but pick your provider and avoid Jet 2 as the supplier.
