Hop on hop off - Great way to navigate the area. Can get off check out the place and get back on. Went back to the cruise ship and used it again. Right at the cruise ship terminal!

Great way to meet the city - Cadiz is a city that is suitable for this type of trip. We took a whole round first to get an overview, then we jumped off, and then the things we were most interested in

They should make sure... - They should make sure that they have a phone that works if they prepaid for the trip because I had to pay twice because I couldn’t get my phone to work. Now I’m gonna have to try to get my money back somehow.

Excellent way to explore Cadiz - I love this hop on hop off bus. I just wish it was more frequent. I do these everywhere I travel and truly enjoy them. This tour gave you enough time to see different spots, but there were times that it would've been nice if there were more buses.

A bit disappointing - Would benefit from much more detailed commentary and information about old and new cadiz. The new town section merely referred to the beaches. Two areas shown on the route map were omitted - plaza de espana and out to the causeway to the mainland. (Especially if you are not interested in the vouchers) pay on the bus - less than online - but needed cash as a back up as credit card machine not working. Polite and helpful driver

Disappointing - We purchased our tickets late in the afternoon knowing they were good for 24 hours through the next day. We stayed on for the entire route so we could decide where we wanted to go the next day. The next day, we were disappointed to find that only one bus was running, and it was an hour between each pick up. Not only that at 2:30 PM when we got off the bus for a stop we were told that was the last run for the day. Rain was the reason we were given. Very disappointing to not get what we paid for or expected!

It's okay - It's okay for a small port city. Some of the busses need to be upgraded with headphone outlets that actually work.

To avoid - Never again did I manage to get my ticket despite several requests by chat they sent me the pass ticket 2 days before I had to buy me another ticket. I spent hours running around on the app was sending me email and the email was returning to the site I chatted with them several times and it didn’t work.

Scam bus - Horrible experience with this scam company. You pay them ahead of time and they don’t accept your tickets. Extremely rude.
