It was great! We had a... - It was great! We had a family of 15. Ranging in ages from 5 to 67. Everyone had fun from the stingray beach to jumping off the boat and feeding the fish and sea turtles! The crew with Jeff was wonderful. Would do it again in a minute.

Lovely day!! - Time flies by. Saw turtles sting rays. Actually got to sail back. Stopped 4 times. Recommend. We were only 15.

Sunset Family Cruise - We had a wonderful trip around the island with Captain Jason and Poncho. We saw starfish and swam. We held, fed, and kissed stingray. We snorkeled. And then watched the sunset with drinks and good tunes.

Super fun family night - Super fun! Boat was perfect for our group of 14. We had enough time to enjoy snorkeling and the stingrays. Beautiful day with fantastic guides!

Buccaneer is where it’s at ❤️ - I have been on a few sunset tours with the Buccaneer. Tonight was my favorite by far. The rays were so friendly tonight. The crew was amazing to keep me calm and explain their behaviour. Once I relaxed and just let me them come to me, what an unbelievable feeling. This is my favorite crew to go out and experience this once in a lifetime memory. Best crew on the island 🇨🇦

Fantastic Stingray city trips - I’ve done multiple trips with Acquarius over the last few years and they are always a good time! Capitan and crew really know what they are doing and make you feel very safe! And always have some good local tunes playing!

This experience was the... - This experience was the perfect complement to our time in GC. The mix of snorkeling, stingray and starfish interaction, and the relaxing boat ride were just the right mix for everyone to find something to enjoy!

Great time at Stingray City - Amazing attention to taking care of our party from booking through to the experience. Very helpful explaining the experience with the stingrays! What an amazing opportunity and guide! Very aware of our schedule and need to he returned at an appropriate time. Highly recommended! Enjoyed every moment! Thank you again!

Weather didn’t cooperate - Tour operators and his staff were great given the weather challenges. We were offered the opportunity to cancel if we wanted but chose to stay with our plans to snorkel, see Starfish and Stingray City. Jason and Andrew tried very hard to make it all happen. Choppy and windy ocean would not allow us to get into the water with the stingrays but we saw and held Starfish and some were able to snorkel.’

CUSTOMER’S BEWARE - CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! October 2, 2025 we excitedly booked a private 4 hour catamaran tour to swim with the stingrays, see starfish point and do some snorkeling. Unfortunately by October 22nd I had to cancel our trip because my husband had become terminal (Our one and only reschedule within contractual agreement). I requested a refund of my $500 deposit due to medical issues and was reminded deposits on private tours were non-refundable if customer cancels, but the credit could be used with 12 months. My husband’s health improved and my family of 10 rebooked our private catamaran adventure, well within our 12 month contractual credit agreement. We arrived on the island May 29th 2026 and at 2:13pm I sent a text to make sure we were all set for the next day. I was told that forecast was looking good and we were all set. At 6:34pm they contacted me and said rain was expected so they rescheduled to Wednesday (Companies 1st reschedule) and we adjusted other plans to accommodate their request. Other vendors continued with tours on Saturday and it was a beautiful island day. Acquarius Sea Tours then on Wednesday June 3, 2026 at 7:49am sent a text saying “Hello good morning we want to contact you before you come this way because our catamaran has a mechanical issue this morning and we have to postpone the charter today until tomorrow or Friday what ever works better for you.” We were already half way from the East End to Safehaven Marina before being notified. We agreed to Friday morning June 5th giving them time to repair the boat. I again sent a text on Thursday June 4, 2026 5:26pm asking “ Are we all good for tomorrow morning? We are very excited ending a wonderful vacation with your tour…..” and I received a reply “ Yes all good ”. At that time the company did not declare that the rented catamaran was waiting on a part and they had made arrangement on another boat that was not comparable to the boat expected. When they told us this after we drove an hour from the East End for the 2nd time, we took a look at the boat and decided it was not going to work with the small children we have. The man that met us at the boat told us if we didn’t want to go on that replacement catamaran he would refund us our $500 deposit and we could quit wasting his time(he was very rude from the moment we arrived). He left the marina and left us shocked. After waiting from June 5th - June 11th to receive our refund or some type of communication on timing of refund or a response to the inquiry texts I had sent, I received a text saying “ Sorry no refund as we already rescheduled you 3 times and you chose not to attend after we went out of our way to conveniently accommodate.” Again shocked as this company is the one that cancelled on us Saturday, Wednesday and ultimately Saturday by not disclosing the change in vessels and left our family high and dry on the tour we were the most excited about. I love to travel and I have taken many tours around the world, this experience was by far the worst and the treatment by the rude person who met us on the dock was shocking. The other tour agents on the dock were shocked and they tried to be helpful, but nothing was available for our group.
