Amazing tour guide - Itzy was a a phenomenal tour guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. It can’t be easy to display that energy multiple times a day, but Itzy made it feel like she truly loved what she does. Food was great, drinks and bartender was amazing. Well worth exploring.

Casa Bacardi a must do for Bacardi lovers! - De check in was pleasant and quick. The wait in the paviljon before the start of the tour relaxing. Our guide was Itsy. Itsy had a lot of knowledge and made the tour fun, interesting and full of new facts. She explained the technical production process easy to understand. The stop at the storage made it real. After some sips of tasting we made angeldust. The the last stop at the founders room. Where we were able to try the 4, 8 and 10 years old bacardi. With again a lot of useful information. And every Bacardi was made in an second experience, with a lot of tips how to enjoy these Bacardi’s even more. The last taste was the special reserve. Unique and nowhere else to be found. Af course we had to hit the store. Remko, my husband is a big bacardi collector and had some special bottles already reserved. Unfortunately there was a mix-up but Amanda did her best to find a solution. And it worked out. We are going home with some nice bottles for our collection and some cool barcadi stuff. Thanks Itsy and Amanda to make this an awesome experience!

Do it. It’s an experience - Casa Bacardí was an amazing experience from start to finish! The tour was well-organized, engaging, and full of fascinating history about the brand and the rum-making process. I especially loved learning about the heritage behind Bacardí and seeing how everything comes together. The rum tasting was a definite highlight – and the included cocktail was absolutely top tier. Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Puerto Rico – whether you're a rum fan or just curious, it's totally worth it!

Rum fun - We had a great time on the BACARDÍ tour in San Juan! It was fun, informative, and we learned a lot about the history and process behind their rum. Definitely a memorable experience worth checking out!

Great drinks - short tour - I attended this same tour before Covid and enjoyed it so much I decided to come back. This time around, our guide was great but the tour itself was very short. We enjoyed getting there early to grab a drink, but the tour itself was subpar.

Informative tour with good rum - Tour guide Maria made it fun! The coctails were great, made fresh, and bartenders were friendly and funny. Interesting history was shared, but didn’t make it boring,

Not accommodating at all! - Not accommodating! I thought I booked a tour for 3:30, but apparently it was for 11:30. That was my fault I, however, started calling almost an hour before the tour to see if I could reschedule for later in the afternoon, the next weekend, anything. I was perfectly willing to pay a penalty- never got them on the phone, never a text or email- nothing! They just took all the money (family of 4). I think that was pretty mean.
