The Bacardí tour was... - The Bacardí tour was amazing! The history lessons, the drinks, the tour guide (Ari), the drinks, the visuals, and did I mention the drinks? It was all amazing! I definitely plan on doing the premium tour the next time.

Bacadi wepa - What a great way to learn about the Puerto Rican Rum industry and how it was brought to Puerto Rico. A free drink and a great taste if their Bacardi Reserva Especial.

Don't stop visiting. It's worth it!! - Beautiful place, organized with information with a guide who speaks Spanish and English. With premium rum tasting. At the end there is a store with various items and beverages of the brand.

Great tour. Very informative and fun! - Great tour. Very informative and fun! The guide was very knowledgeable about the distillery’s history and capped tour off with a nice sample pour of the casa Barcardi.

Nice drink, good tour guides, but you don't see much other than the visitors center - The best part was the welcome cocktail... The tour guide was very informative on the trolly ride around the small campus, but you don't really get to see anything other than buildings. Then you're taken inside where you watch a video about the history of Bacardi, get a little information about how Bacardi is made in a display area, do a smelling demo of the different rums (which was the most interesting part of the tour), and few more videos running on repeat, then tasted one rum. It was all fine but kind of low on information and being able to see anything other than buildings outside and a visitor center display. I also was disappointed that the visitor center didn't sell any little bottles of rum- I was heading to a plane and wanted those for friends' souvenirs. All in all, it's fine if you want to kill some time in PR and isn't outrageously expensive for what you get considering the drink, but it's definitely not a must see.

Don’t buy tickets from the ferry location!! - If I could give 0 stars I would! We were charged to take shuttle over and told tour was included AND IT WAS NOT!! PLUS THERE WASN’T A TOUR AVAILABLE ONCE WE GOT THERE. TOTAL SCAM!!
