Good! - We loved the tour and the welcome drink. It was very informative and interesting. The customer service from everyone was fabulous! The tour was short and sweet and we would 💯 percent recommend!

Adriana was the best! - If you are in PR and like to know the history of one of your favorite alcoholic beverages, this is the place. The campus is well maintained and the lawns are manicured. I would def recommend if you have about an hour or so.

Very affordable and nice tour well worth it - I thought it was a very organized very informative and nice tour learned a lot, and enjoyed it very much. Definitely worth taking the ferry across back to San Juan if possible.

Legacy of barcadi tour - Beautiful day, at a beautiful location, food, different tours of the distillery ,Bacardi drinks absolutely amazing experience we took a tour of the legacy of barcadi, we got to learn how the rum was invented , how it was made , and got to try a tasting of the new rum they created absolutely amazing experience.

Mother and daughter vacation - This tour in my opinion was not worth the money. Living in WI we love our alcohol. I love to learn and hear about the history and making of alcohol. I have been on many distillery tours. This tour took you around the outside of the distillery and the tour guide just told you what was inside the buildings. Then when we came to the learning center. It was just a video that gave you the history and staging areas for pictures. We did go into a tasting area then ended up in the gift shop. This tour was not a very good tour. There is a lot more to Bacardi than what was given out.

Rum lovers BEWARE! The real scoop…. - I booked this tour for my daughter and my friend! Opted to pay the extra fee for a luxury ferry ride accross the bay from old San Juan. What a joke! When we got to the ferry dock they put us on a yellow school bus! Yup you read that right! Then dropped us where the ferry should have only to wait for another bus. Once we finally arrived and complained about it we were told that should not have happened and the shuttle owned and operated by BACARDÍ would be bringing us back to old San Juan. AN ABSOLUTE LIE! We are on a yellow school bus. Again. Do yourself a favor and do the other local rum tour. Not worth the disappointment or aggravation.
