The people all around were so amazing, from signing in, to the instructors and seeing other people do their jump. I really enjoyed Skydive Castroville

1 Star – Complete Disrespect for Customers' Time I booked a 4:00 PM appointment and spent four hours sitting around, only to be told after all that waiting that it was "too late" to jump. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was virtually non-existent. No one addressed me or acknowledged my arrival, and the staff completely ignored everyone sitting in the lobby. There were zero updates provided on delays, leaving us completely in the dark. What makes this even worse is that there were no weather delays whatsoever—this was purely a result of atrocious time management and organizational chaos. If a business cannot manage a basic schedule or communicate simple updates to paying customers, they shouldn't take appointments. They wasted an entire afternoon of my time with zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration and book with a place that values its customers.
