Great private tour - A thoroughly enjoyable day thanks to our guide Sheldon. Pick up from the cruise terminal was easy and the 5 1/2 hours tour was good value for money. Sheldon was very informative telling us about the local landmarks, culture and cuisine. He kindly took photos for us at the mud baths and waterfalls and took us to a local restaurant for lunch. Would definitely recommend this trip.

10/10 would recommend! - This trip was amazing - the views were amazing, our driver was incredibly friendly and informational, and the sulfur springs and volcano at the end were something that we’ll never forget! Not only this, but our driver was so kind when we forgot a watch in his car - he orchestrated us getting it back easily and with great care. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Flawless service, genuinely can’t fault it! - Me and my partner were picked up from the airport by Topaz, super friendly and cool guy and was telling us lots about the island! I told him that my family are from St Lucia and it was my first time being back home and he said “Oh man well welcome home buddy” and I can’t tell you how much that warmed my soul! He also didn’t leave us until we were in our accommodation.
Once he dropped us off we were searching our bags and we realised my girlfriend left her glasses in the taxi 🤦🏽♂️ so messaged and the guys let us know that topaz would be near where we are staying and would drop them off. They didn’t need to do that, so we are both so grateful they did 🙏🏽 topaz arrived smiling and joking as before and wished us a great rest of the holiday, the guys at Xceptional tours then followed up to make sure we had received them. Flawless service, made us feel welcome to the island from the beginning and very well looked after, thank you isn’t enough but thank you guys, HIGHLY recommend!

Stop scrolling and BOOK JOHN NOW before it’s too late - John was incredibly hospitable. Even before our adventure began, he reached out to us to ensure we had the ability to ask any questions that we may have had. Once he picked us up in his pristine van that was fully stocked with beverages for our day, we hit the road in air conditioned comfort. He did everything he could to make our time on St Lucia feel like a first class adventure. He was not only an expert driver who missed all of the 14 million pot holes, but his photography skills took another 10 years off our forever “Young” images. John took us to top secret spots where we were the only ones there; it was truly an unforgettable experience. We will most certainly be using John and Xceptional Tours SLU for any of our future travel needs in St Lucia.

As Good As It Gets - Our day with Sheldon was as good as it gets. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so very personable, funny and polite. He took great care of us for the day, had a delicious local lunch, made sure we saw all the sites and got all the pics!

A day in St Lucia… - John was wonderful! He picked us up at the cruise pier on time and took us to see some of the sights on St Lucia…Pitons; volcano; mud baths/hot springs… John was very knowledgeable; professional and had a great sense of humor and laugh! We had a great day with him! Highly recommend!

Kid-friendly, flexible day out to see best of St. Lucia - Our family (two kids, 10 and 12) had a great day out thanks to our guide John. He steered us safely along St. Lucia's winding roads, packed us cold drinks, and made great suggestions for stops throughout the day. We did an awesome hike with phenomenal views, hit the sulphur mud baths and a waterfall, and had one of our best meals in the Caribbean at the local spot Marie's. John was super flexible, too, which is so nice when you've got kids and people are tired/moody/have opinions lol. If you want to see the best of St. Lucia with a kind-hearted, in-the-know and safe-driving guide, this is the choice!

Jammin John - John from Xceptional tours took my wife and I on the best tour EVER! We started in Marigot Bay at our AirBnB and stopped at many places on our way down to Sulphur Springs. We stopped at a little roadside market which had many island favorites including rum, banana ketchup, and fresh bananas from the farm right there. From there John gave us a brief history of each town that we went through. The scenery was so pretty from up above each town and John would stop and take pictures for us. Once we got to Sulphur Springs and the drive in volcano we took a tour of the bubbling (boiling) mud flows and there was also a pretty waterfall there as well. When John took us over to the mud baths in Sulphur Springs he took video and pictures of us while we instantly became 10 years younger!!! lol Then we headed over to the power shower better known as the Toraille Waterfall. This is where we washed the remaining mud off from Sulphur Springs. It was a beautiful waterfall. It was definetly powerful and a bit cool, but felt nice after the 100 degree mud baths. John would have taken us anywhere on the island that we wanted and his knowledge of the island was an added bonus! John was great and we hope to see him some year when he visits Toronto. Thank you John and XCEPTIONAL tours for making our trip beyond memorable!
