After savoring the appetizer, take an educational stroll through our farm and garden. Here, you’ll discover various flowers, fruits, vegetables, and seasonings that are locally grown and used to enhance nearly every dish. Return to the kitchen for a tutorial on creating a local main course and appetizer, both featured on the day’s menu!
