Safety,Comfort and Authentic moments. - Just back from an incredible day and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I booked, their team was responsive, friendly, and professional. Pickup was on time and our guide was outstanding,knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about the area. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, showcasing iconic sights as well as a few well-chosen hidden gems, with just the right amount of flexibility to tweak as we went. We've had a delicious local food break that added real flavor to the day. Safety felt prioritized, with clear briefings and spotless equipment. What stood out most was that our guide remembered small preferences and offered excellent local recommendations. The value was excellent for the quality and service we received. All in all, a five-star experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely book with again and recommend them to friends visiting.

A day at casela - We had an absolutely amazing day at Casela Mauritius, and it was all thanks to our wonderful driver, AlKhiz! From the moment we were picked up, AlKhiz made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Casela itself was breathtaking, with so many activities to enjoy, and AlKhiz was the perfect guide throughout. To top it all off, the lunch we had was delicious – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Huge thanks to AlKhiz for making our trip so special – we highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mauritius!

Did not follow itinerary - The itinerary was not followed, they seemed more interested in taking us to places where we could spend money rather than following the advertised route. We barely made it to Casela Park, we had to skip lunch to have time there. Very disappointed!!!

despairing - We found out that the company had not paid the tickets at the park we were followed all day by guards asking that we repay the tickets already paid and then the buffet a horror the dishes was good my nothing to organize either the restaurant was not aware of our arrival and a horrible service
Anyway, we cut the excursion short.

To flee... - Horrible, it's a mess. I advise you to take a car and do it alone it will be much cheaper and bcp better.
He's just a driver, not a driver guide.
It doesn't tell you anything doesn't even explain where you're going. And finally he did not respect the schedule so several activities not done. I've never seen a driver as incompetent as that day.

Total scam! - We only visited three places out of seven, been given only 3 hours at the casela park, driver was rude, inform us that if we not gonna come back to hotel by 4 o clock he will be charging us private fee for every extra minutes, itinerary was not followed at all, we have wasted all day and feeling very upset. Will never use viator again.

Never again Tripadvisor - I paid 350 € to have the Italian guide, which I did not have they spoke only English and then arrived at the Casela I lost 1 hour of time because my tickets were not showing up and in the end had to pay those who came to pick me up that even he did not know .. a tip take a taxi and pay the tickets directly at the entrance you save 150 €.
