- Plaza Sotomayor - Upon arriving in Valparaiso, a major port and parliamentary city, the stunning and charming hillside houses will captivate us, making the city truly picturesque. A sightseeing tour will include Victoria Square, Sotomayor Square, the Naval Heroes Monument, and the May 21st Lookout.
- Paseo 21 de Mayo - Featuring the Naval Heroes Monument and the May 21st Lookout.
- Navy Building - A walk up the hills awaits, with one or two elevators available, including the May 21st Lookout.
- Paseo Gervasoni - A scenic lookout.
- Ascensor El Peral - An optional stop.
- Avenida Peru - The route to Viña del Mar, our next destination.
- Costanera - Offers beautiful panoramic views.
- Flower Clock (Reloj de Flores) - Known as the Garden City, Viña del Mar features notable attractions such as the Flower Clock, the Casino, and Reñaca Beach.
- Moai - The Fonck Museum, officially known as the Museum of Archeology and History Francisco Fonck, features an authentic “Moai” from Easter Island. Along with those in the British Museum in London, it is one of the few outside the island.

Excellent Day Trip to Valparaiso. - This was a great tour, some steps, but great views of Valparaiso. Tour guide, Marco Antonio excellent, very informative and great sense of humor. Driver, Phillips, very competent and safe driver. Would highly recommend this day trip.to Valparaiso.

Nice visit through the streets of Valparaiso and a walk through Viña del Mar. - A tour of the old quarter of Valparaiso, with explanations, about its foundation and subsequent development of the city.
All in a relaxed atmosphere and in good tune.

Class tour - Our guide Raffa did a great job, trilingual, in easy-to-understand English, and always good and funny ideas besides the very good information. The restaurant Azswahl on the beach was also good

Really interesting tour of Valparaiso - Really good trip around Valparaiso. Rocio was an excellent guide - she was really knowledgeable, fun and brought it all alive. The Vin de Mar side was possibly too long for us and more time in Valparaiso would have made the day even better - but that's only a point of personal preference.
Definitely a trip worth doing.

Bad attitude of guide and driver - An uncomfortable experience due to bad attitude of the guide and driver
We bought this tour with great expectation, but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by the unprofessional attitude of the guide. He arrived before the agreed time, and although we met the set schedule, he insisted that we were late. Despite explaining that it was a mistake on her part, she continued to press the issue, making misplaced comments such as “we are already friends”, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate.
He also blamed “artificial intelligence” for his mistake, rather than taking responsibility. The driver, unaware of what happened, also reacted rudely. All this generated a tense atmosphere from the beginning of the tour, which affected our enjoyment.
A tourist experience should be based on respect, good communication and professionalism. It is important that the company reviews the attitude of its staff and ensures proper treatment of its customers.
We do not recommend this tour unless you take corrective action.
