Our tour guide, an older... - Our tour guide, an older man with vision issues and therefore physically guided by a younger man, spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable, and shared a great deal of info. The tour is definitely worth it. Note: we booked this tour online and were told to meet the guide at the Mosque at the appointed time, and that the guide would email us, supposedly to inform us of the specific spot to meet. We never rec’d a message, so started approaching English speaking tour guides who were arriving at the site with small groups, who had presumably been doing city walking tours up to this point. One of these guides told us “wait your guide will be here in 3-4 min. That did not happen, but fortunately he came back outside and told us we were to join his group. Everything worked out in the end, but the process was not as simple as other similar tours we have booked over the years in different countries.

Visit of the great... - Visit of the great Hassan II mosque on the sea. Excellent guide who speaks good Italian and illustrated the characteristics of the mosque and the Islamic religion.

What an imposing structure! - The meeting place was unfortunately incorrectly stated, not at the mosque, as stated, but at the museum. Then everything went smoothly. The guide spoke in easy to understand English. You could ask questions. And the mosque is really impressive! The tour lasted about 1 hour.

Good but not satisfied at all - The guide Amid was very professional, kind and we loved so much the tour. We didn't like that the time of the visit has been changed only the day before when we had to arrive to Casablanca by train so we had to discuss with the guardian at the main entrance and than run to reach the group in the Moschee 15 min later

I paid for 2 hours but... - I paid for 2 hours but only had 1 hour with the guide - after that you were free to wander. Wondering if it’s better to get a 1 hour ticket. Also it was a very large group so hard to hear the guide.

Failure to comply with writings - We were supposed to be a maximum of 15 people for the tour, but in the end the group was composed of about forty people.

Close to the rip-off! - Bad, just bad. What do you get: the description says something of private guidance. You do NOT get that! The “guide” is met in front of the ticket office, he then takes you from there to the entrance gate of the mosque. That was it!!! In the mosque you then take part in one of the standard mass tours, which are carried out by the mosque itself. Yes, you don't have to wait in line at the cash desk, which in total - as far as I could see - doesn't take 5 minutes. The guide was extremely unfriendly. About an hour before the tour you get a WhatsApp message that you should be at the entrance 20 minutes before the tour starts. Of course, he wasn't there and didn't come until much later. When I wrote him that I was already waiting, only the rude answer came “send a photo”. Get your hands off this tour, just get the tickets yourself and save a few euros and disappointments!
