Asilah - Travel along the Atlantic coast to the picturesque town of Asilah, then continue to Tangier, where Europe and Africa converge.

Tangier - Discover the old medina, Cap Spartel, and take in the views over the Strait of Gibraltar.

Tangier → Rif Mountains → Chefchaouen

Tangier - After breakfast and a visit to the Hercules Caves, journey through the lush Rif Mountains to the blue-hued town of Chefchaouen.

Chefchaouen - Stroll through peaceful streets, explore artisan shops, and capture postcard-perfect moments.

Chefchaouen–Volubilis–Meknes-Fes

Volubilis - Depart the mountains for the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Walk among ancient columns and mosaics frozen in time. The Volubilis archaeological site shares stories of Roman traders and Berber kings, surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills.

Meknes - Visit Meknes, renowned for its grand gates and royal allure. Explore the old Medina of this imperial city, including a visit to the Moulay Ismail mausoleum, the green gate of Bab Mansour, and Lahdim Square.

Fes - Arrive in Fes, the cultural heart of Morocco.

Fes - Discover the cultural heart of Morocco with a guided tour through Fes, starting in the enchanting Old Medina, where narrow alleys, bustling souks, and centuries of history come alive. Fes → Ifrane → Middle Atlas → Midelt

Ifrane - Leave the city behind and pass through Ifrane, Morocco’s “Little Switzerland.”

Azrou - Enjoy mountain views, cedar forests, and perhaps encounter Barbary monkeys in Azrou before reaching Midelt.

Midelt - Arrive in the tranquil town of Midelt, nestled between the Middle and High Atlas ranges.

Midelt → Ziz Valley → Erfoud → Merzouga

Erfoud - Experience a dramatic change in scenery as you drive through the winding Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves and kasbahs set against rocky desert cliffs. Pass through Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops and date palms, before arriving in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert.

Ait Ben Haddou - After breakfast, visit the UNESCO-listed Aït Ben Haddou Ksar, an ancient fortress village made of earthen clay, famous as a filming location for countless movies.

Taroudant - Travel through Taznakht and Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital, where you can stop to see vibrant saffron fields and meet local farmers at work. Continue toward Taroudant, a charming walled city often called “Little Marrakech.” Upon arrival in the afternoon, enjoy a guided stroll through its historic medina, exploring lively streets, traditional markets, and ancient ramparts that reflect the town’s timeless charm.

Taroudant → Agadir → Essaouira

Agadir - Journey along Morocco’s Atlantic coastline, stopping in Agadir, known for its beaches and seaside promenade.

Essaouira - Continue north, delight in the beautiful scenery and Argan trees climbed by goats, to Essaouira, a charming port city with whitewashed walls, blue shutters, and artistic flair. Essaouira → Marrakech

Essaouira - Begin your day exploring Essaouira’s seaport and the historic Skala de la Kasbah, lined with old cannons and offering sweeping ocean views. Visit the Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah Museum to discover the city’s rich heritage, then stroll through the vibrant medina markets, where stalls overflow with handmade crafts, woodwork, jewelry, and colorful local art.

Marrakech - As evening falls, the Jemaa el-Fna Square comes alive with storytellers, musicians, and fragrant food stalls.

Full Day in Marrakech

Marrakech - Spend the day uncovering the wonders of Marrakech, Morocco’s vibrant cultural capital.
