Casablanca-Rabat-Chefchaouen
Casablanca - In the morning, the journey begins with a visit to the largest mosque in Casablanca, the Hassan 2 Mosque.
Rabat - Next, travelers will head to Morocco’s capital, Rabat. The tour will start with Bab Challah, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, one of the main gates of the royal palace, and the Oudaya Kasbah. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant.
Chefchaouen - The journey continues to the blue city of Chefchaouen. Along the way, there will be stops in small towns for breaks. Arriving in Chefchaouen early allows time to explore the blue alleys of the medina, take photos, and savor local cuisine. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Chefchaouen – Fez
Chefchaouen - The morning is free to explore the blue city of Chefchaouen, located in the Rif Mountains, northwest of Morocco. Known for its old town’s faded blue buildings, the city features leather and weaving workshops along its steep cobbled streets. The central square, Outa el Hammam, houses a 15th-century kasbah with ethnographic and artistic exhibits. The Great Mosque’s octagonal minaret is nearby.
Fes - In the afternoon, travel to Fes.
Fez – City Tour – Guide
Fes - After breakfast at the Riad, the exploration of Morocco’s oldest city begins, wandering through its alleys and narrow streets. The tour includes the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah built in Morocco during the 14th century, and sites of cultural and historical interest such as the renowned Al Qaraouine University, the world’s oldest, the Tanneries, and Moulay Idriss mausoleum. After lunch, visit the tiles cooperative and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Medina of Fes.
Fez – Ifran – Midlet – Sahara Desert of Merzouga
Midelt - After breakfast, depart Fes for Merzouga via Midelt and the Ziz valley. The route passes through Ifrane, a charming mountain village known as the Switzerland of Morocco, and includes a stop at the cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains. The journey offers glimpses of the Middle and Higher Atlas mountains, with a stop at Azrou, a Berber village in the famous cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, where travelers can see Barbary apes. The journey continues to Midelt through the stunning hills and mountains of the Atlas.
Errachidia - After lunch in Midelt, travel through the captivating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the spectacular Ziz Gorge, enjoying views of the High Atlas plateau and observing the changing scenery as the desert approaches in the southeast province of Errachidia city.
Merzouga - Continue along the beautiful Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views en route to Erfoud and Rissani. Upon arrival in Merzouga in the afternoon, guests are welcomed with a glass of mint tea. A camel ride in the Sahara Desert dunes of Merzouga leads to the camp for an overnight stay.
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Merzouga - The camel guide will wake travelers early to witness what might be the most stunning sunrise of their lives. The peaceful camel trek back to Merzouga village offers appreciation of the unique beauty of the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, which change with the light throughout the day.
Gargantas del Todra - After breakfast and a hot shower at the riad, depart for Rissani, Tinghir, and Todgha gorges, the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco.
Boumalne Dades - After lunch in the gorge, travel through the Dades Valley, where majestic sand castles and the remarkable rock formations known as “monkey toes” can be seen. Overnight accommodation is in a charming guest house overlooking the Dades Valley, with dinner and breakfast included.
Dades Valley- Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Hadou – Marrakech
El Kelaa M’gouna - After breakfast, travel through the Dades Valley towards Ouarzazate and then to Marrakech. The road through Dades Valley, known as the way of the thousand Kasbahs, offers numerous opportunities for stunning photographs. A stop at Kalaat M’Gouna, the center of the rose valley, provides the chance to visit the rose cooperative and purchase rosewater, which will keep linens fragrant long after the trip.
Ait Ben Haddou - Continue to Marrakech via the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, built by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains in the 19th century, now home to many Glaoui people.
High Atlas Mountains - The journey continues through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m) over the High Atlas Mountains, with an opportunity to explore the production of Argan oil, unique to Morocco, by Berber women in their cooperative, before arriving at overnight accommodation in Marrakech.

After lunch at a restaurant near the square, stroll through the souks to view hundreds of handicrafts. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore other parts of the city independently.

Essaouira - After breakfast, head to Essaouira. On the way, enjoy the sight of goats climbing argan trees and stop to see the argan forest and oil cooperative if desired. Essaouira, a coastal town, offers a perfect opportunity to relax on the beach. Its Medina blends history and culture with modern cafes and restaurants. Essaouira features a long promenade with a large sandy beach, safe for swimming. It’s an ideal escape from city life, offering a cooler coastal climate. Essaouira is an exceptional example of a late-18th-century fortified town, built according to contemporary European military architecture principles in a North African context.
