Amazing Culinary Experience - Upon arriving, we were welcomed by our hostess Inas and introduced to her family. The hospitality was so gracious we felt immediately as if we were extended family. We shared in preparing lamb tagine with prunes, apricots and almonds as well as Moroccan salad and mint tea . The melding of spices along with the tenderness of the lamb was incredible. I By the way - our dinner with Inas was way more flavorful than the dinner we had at Rick’s Cafe the night before!! Thank you Inas for a lovely even- I will definitely be making this same dish for my guests.

Delicious! - A lovely evening with Inas and her parents. We helped cook a delicious lamb tangine- Inas was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our evening. Thanks Inas! Hopefully I can buy a tangine while in Morocco to take home and recreate our meal once I am home :)

Super - The host is extremely kind and we feel that she is passionate, we can ask to learn a great diversity of dishes, ‘it is a very original concept and it is also pleasing there are many tips that we never see on internet recipes. Between lunch and learning we get value for money 👌 thank you to the whole family

Wonderful food and experience - Our cooking class with Inas was such a delight. Sharing recipes passed down from her grandparents, and teaching us about the ingredients and importance of the dishes in celebrations.

Best Way to Do Morocco - What a wonderful time we had! Inas and her family are so warm and welcoming. Lots of conversation and laughter. I will be thinking back on this day for a long time. I hope we get a chance to visit again.

Family culinary adventure - Inas is a talented home chef with an incredible love for and expertise in Moroccan cuisine. She is also an amazing teacher who was able to masterfully work with a wide range of ages and cooking experiences within our family to help us create an outstanding culinary masterpiece that included couscous and two types of tagine. Our meal also included a mini class on how to prepare and serve Moroccan mint tea, which was simply the cherry on top for all of us. We will never forget this experience and cannot wait to return to enjoy another meal with Inas in the future.

Authentic, cozy Moroccan cooking experience with a warm host and delicious food. - We had such a great time cooking with Inas. She showed us how to make chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, and it turned out so good. Even though the local market in Sidi Moumen was closed for Eid, she still took us around the neighborhood, which gave us a nice feel for the area.
We mentioned we were curious about Harira, and she kindly let us try some — it was amazing. Inas and her family were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was really cozy and relaxed. It felt less like a class and more like being invited into someone’s home.
Highly recommend this experience if you're looking for something authentic and down-to-earth while in Morocco.

Delightfully genuine day - This was my first adventure as a solo traveller in Morocco. It was such a treat to go into a family’s home, to cook and then eat delicious local food. I was given excellent advice on where to get out of the taxi and was met when I arrived.
