Serious and reliable agency - Tour on time. Comfortable car with safe driving, included water. Our driver was Minhaj. The camels were quiet, the walk was in a beautiful area. The group was small (4 people). I liked the visit to Palace, it is beautiful. For a while we prefer to walk around the market and have lunch, so we missed the Secret Garden. Perhaps you could consider a little more time. From the agency they write to inform and validate how the tour is going.

Go to Marrakech and ride a dromedary - It has been a spectacular experience. The pickup at the hotel, the driver a love, the companions who touched us super nice, and the guide there took us and explained everything perfectly. It was certainly a hit.

Very good! - The tour is interesting! A very pleasant Abdo driver driving carefully. It was important to us because it's a two-hour drive. Camel ride for 15 minutes, take a photo. It's clear, here we are, the guide was waiting immediately, interestingly tells. Walked through the main streets, went into the palace, walked through the market. Visited a rooftop restaurant overlooking the city.

Great day out. Recommended. - We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Our pickup from the hotel was a little late but we were updated by WhatsApp. The WhatsApp contact option was a really useful one for these tours. Our driver was a kind and courteous gentleman. The camel ride was en-route to the Marrakech meeting point. Our tour guide in Marrakech was a very friendly gentleman and the tour was a really interesting experience. His knowledge and navigation of the markets was very impressive. Although the drive from Casablanca to and back from Marrakech was long, the day was a very full and enjoyable one and both our driver and tour guide gave us ample time to enjoy the experience.

Great drive but program needs a plan to permit personal shopping in the souk - Sabr, our driver was excellent. Very attentive and reliable on the 6 hour round trip. The drive was excellent. The recent and abundant rains produced considerable green across the fields. Enjoyed seeing the Moroccan countryside. Good location for lunch. Our guide in Marrakech was highly knowledgeable of the history of the area and sites. However, our trip itinerary listed time in the square and souks within the medina. While we did make a grand circle through the main souk, there was not a plan to pause and allow participants to shop in the various stalls of their choice. While I understand that one does not want to lose any of the participants in the winding alley ways of the souk, I highly recommend the development of a plan that permits shopping in one or two areas (and not just a shop known by the guide that contains limited types of items). Participants need time to wander among the stalls and shops but limited in how far to wander so they don't get lost in the meandering alleys. There are several strategic alley crossings etc that could be identified as meeting points that would allow participants to walk a little in up to four alleys for shopping with instructions that the only turn should be to reverse their direction and return to the intersection where the guide would be waiting to gather them at a specific time.

A mixed bag - The day started with a lovely drive to Marrakech, once again with our friendly and helpful guide Youssef (he had also driven us to Rabat on another tour). The weather was bright and pleasant with lush greenery along the way. Upon reaching Marrakech we had a fun filled camel ride. But as soon as we connected with our tour guide to begin our walking tour, it started drizzling - the kind of steady drizzle that neither intensified nor stopped. Clearly, the team was not prepared for this and there were neither umbrellas nor disposable raincoats available in the van. So after an extended lunch break we rushed to the Medina which was the only covered spot on the tour, getting drenched along the way. Since the rain did not stop, the remaining sites on the program could not be covered and we just returned back to the van to head back to Casablanca. A major traffic accident along the way further delayed our return by over an hour. We were really disappointed having driven all the way just to have lunch and do a bit of shopping. With a few umbrellas or disposable raincoats we could have easily cover all the sites as the drizzle did not intensify into heavy rain at any time during our stay there.
