Pleasant Introduction to Morocco - Younes was on time for our airport pickup. He showed us many sites around Casablanca, patiently waited while we visited several shops in the Medina, then drove us to our hotel in Rabat. A very enjoyable day, even though we were a bit jet lagged.

Interesting Casablanca - We spent beautiful day in Casablanca with our guide Arafa, moving by comfortable Mercedes Benz minibus. Arafa is very friendly, helpful and cheerful, we liked him very much! :) Visited many interesting places (Mosque, Corniche, Medina, gardens, “Beverly Hills” area, etc). Recommend everyone! 👍🏻

Disappointing Deviation from the Itinerary - Felt More Like a Shuttle Than a Tour - I booked the Exclusive Tour of Casablanca with access to the Hassan II Mosque expecting a guided, cohesive experience. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The tour started on a positive note: the Hassan II Mosque is absolutely breathtaking, and the short walk through the Old Medina (though not part of the itinerary) was pleasant and fine. However, things went off track after that. The guide drove me to an argan oil store - clearly aimed at commissions - and then attempted to divert me to a rug store, which I declined. At one point, he told me the tour was over once we reached Ain Diab and asked me to leave a TripAdvisor review right then and there - mid-tour, from what I understood of the itinerary, not at the end. That felt premature. When I showed him the itinerary I had booked, it became clear he was unaware of what the tour was supposed to include. He did take me to the other scheduled stops - but by then, the experience felt impersonal. Rather than a guided tour, it felt more like a shuttle service to a handful of spots, with little actual guiding or narrative. In summary, while the mosque alone is worth a visit (and has its own tour guides), this experience didn’t live up to the advertised “exclusive” tour. I could have arranged the same stops via taxis and learned at my own pace. Based on what was promised versus what was delivered, I can’t recommend
