Fun, timely and easy - Very fun trip. It was exactly one hour and a half as promissed, we visited first the Algar de Benagil and then all the caves between Benagil and Marinha beach. We were in a 3 kayak group, which was really fun and made it easier to hear the guide. The guide was always nice and professional and always seemed sure of what he was doing. I would have liked to have had a better explanation of what was happening before going into the "submarine cave" but we were still safe despite the boats around making a lot of waves.
Overall it was a good experience for people without a lot of kayaking experience and I would 100% recommend it.

Recommended - A fun kayak ride, they explain everything before you do it and leave you a dry bag to store your phone. Objects that you don't carry are kept in a booth. The guide spoke ek English and Spanish. We did it at 11 a.m., but we wouldn't mind doing it before even. Highly recommended

The best in Algarve - Experience was 5 out of 5. Captain was very friendly, talking with everyone, explaining about the caves and giving tips for a nice places to visit and eat. Recommend for big big groups. Our life savers for the day! Definitely recommend! The best in Algarve! Good luck in the future!

Kayaking in Benagil - Very nice kayaking experience, you have to be ready to get wet but it is the only way to see the caves inside. It is advisable to book before and I recommend in summer to go early or in the afternoon, type 18 hs

Short but intense - It's short an hour and a half but it gives time to go through underwater caves and to the beach, a great walk. The guide is very nice and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great Experience - Nice kayaking through the caves of Benagil, very worth the tour, the bad luck is that it was at high tide and we could not enter one of the caves.

In high season far too busy. Then choose a longer trip anyway - In high season it is far too busy, you are mainly floating in the water waiting to enter the caves. The trip we had was also very short. We did not make the right choice, better we could have booked a more expensive trip so you make a longer trip.
On arrival it was also not clear where to report. The guys who work there are really doing their best!

Life-threatening adventures in Benagile Cave - more boats than fish in the water - The beach and the individual caves are so crowded with ferries, speedboats, yachts and paddleboats that it is completely impossible to visit. That's not the worst part. Worst of all are the security measures suffering from commercialization, we were on our way with Ocean4fun Sea Tour on September 3rd at 11:00 a.m. into Benagil Cave at high tide. As a result, some smaller caves for paddle boats were quite small and narrow. Due to the limited experience, we were not aware of the risks involved, nor were there any danger statements to this effect from the tour management. While my nephew was paddling into one of these narrow caves, for in the background a motorboat from Ocean4fun long behind us at such high speed that there was such a strong swell that the paddleboat was thrown up and down, to the right and left. Also all other messengers were thrown back and forth so that people landed in the water. My nephew right in the narrow cave entrance and hit his head several times against the rocks, his 1000 € glasses broke and got lost. I would like to emphasize that we are aware that you always have to expect waves in the sea, but this was extremely dangerous situation that went beyond normal waves, which was solely due to the reckless and irresponsible behavior of the motorboat driver. The guides driving with us talked about it afterwards in Portuguese and my children understand Portuguese quite well. They were very frightened and angry about their own Enterprise and talked about how my nephew could well have died in the process. He had to go to the hospital afterwards and “only” had a bleeding laceration as he had been wearing a very protective cap. The guidesq were also very understanding and helped us to collect the lost things - cap and bathing slippers and then took us to the manager. After we had told the manager about it, we got in response: that this is just the ocean, which is just moving. No offer was made here to speak to the boatmaster who caused this, nor was any kind of enquiry made as to what had happened. Pure rejection, disinterest and passivity were broadcast. After some back and forth we were then allowed to write a written complaint. With such leaders, unfortunately, no learning effect is possible for similar situations in the future. In my view, it is highly dangerous to drive into the low caves at high tide, for this the organizer must issue a separate warning and point it out. Furthermore, it must be clear that reckless behaviour will not be tolerated; instead, it has been played down and concealed. For us it was the last trip to Benagil and with this Enterprise.

Poorly organized, they promise... - Poorly organized, they promise one thing and they don't. Kayak's time was nafa. 1 single cave and 1' miscounted to take some pictures without getting off. We were supposed to stop at a silver about 15' and we didn't stop. A real mess. The boats passed by us like nothing. I'm never making a nafa with them again. Bad everything. Very disappointed.
