A day of learning - The guided museum tour was very informative but the visit to the project was fantastic. It was an opportunity to see beyond the tourist area and to learn about the art of weaving and today’s Zenú people. Thank you for a great day

Great Local Experience - This tour takes you off the typical Cartagena tourist experiences and immerses you in the local history and culture of the Zenu. Wonderful tour of the Museo del Oro but the best was actually visiting a local woman's workshop where they are securing future of the Zenu weaving crafts. After spending time there I guarantee you'll have a greater appreciation of indigenous crafts and what it takes to keep those skills and their culture alive.
