Very regular food,... - The very regular food, it was cold everything, I asked for a breast to my son who did not start fish and it is really nothing you expect, you are not informed that the food does not include drinks, really much to improve on the facilities

Would not go back - our tour to Playa Morena was very disappointing, and we would not return. The man who walked us around and gave us a tour was very friendly, however, the spot you spend the day looks nothing like the pictures. They do not give you a chaise to tan, the beach and water are not nice. The lady who gave my girl a massage charged an outrageous amount for a massage that wasn’t even good. There are better tours to go on.

There is no other way to ruin an experience, worse impossible... - A disappointing experience due to lack of management and maintenance. I had many expectations of this place, which by its nature and history has enormous potential. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience from the start, not because of the environment, but because of the dismal organization and general neglect. For starters, the schedule information doesn’t match: on the website it said the departure was at 8:30, but at the port it informed us that it was at 9:00... and finally the manager arrived at 9:10. The port officer even had to phone her to confirm that she was coming. That already set the tone for what would come next: disorganization and lack of professionalism. We boarded an unmarked boat, apparently destined for another tour, and although we were dropped off at our destination, we were at the capacity limit with 46 people. At 10, we finally arrived, where Dagoberto, our guide, was waiting. The only rescueable thing of the day: friendly, knowledgeable of local history and willing to answer our questions. The rest was a chain of disappointments. The supposed "private beach" doesn't exist as such. The bunk beds they promise are just a few bad wooden restrooms, accompanied by palm umbrellas and dirty old plastic chairs. The whole sector feels abandoned. The “beach club” was, we were told, under repair. But if it's not operational, why do they keep promoting it? The bathroom was almost an anecdote: no light, no water, buckets like a cistern. And the peace of the place was constantly disturbed: a man was shouting with a female employee for more than an hour, no one intervened. Then came a masseuse with three children who were constantly screaming and even using some of the dishes intended for visitors. All this in a place that is supposed to be for rest and enjoyment of nature. To close the corollary, after a lunch served under umbrellas while the wind chills the dishes in seconds and blows the salad off your fork, we try to rest. But at that point, about six local boys came to play soccer on the beach... the same one that is billed as "private." In an oversight, as we tried to sleep, I saw two of those boys rummaging through the purse of some Mexican tourists who were sunbathing a few feet away. I discovered them just in time and, when I got defensive, they disappeared immediately. That was the point where we just wanted to leave. The boat was supposed to pass at 3pm, but at about 2.30pm new groups of visitors began to arrive, to whom they had also been sold the same promise. They tried to occupy the same restrooms, and the Mexican girls were literally invited to move to plastic chairs to make their place for these new unwary. The end could not be more messy: the boat that was supposed to take us back, which has a maximum capacity of 46 people, returned with 51, and they improvised seats as they could, in violation of the most basic nautical safety standards. In short, an experience that could be incredible, ruined by poor management, lack of maintenance and scant care for the visitor experience. Hopefully they will note, because the place is worth it, but as it is, I would not recommend it.
