stunning sunset - a bit tight on space, however the staff is fantastic , There are two choices for drinks...the option to stay with the free drinks or upgrade for an additional charge, reasonable. There is also a small amount of appetizer style food to order.

One of the funniest music and dance crossings imaginableOne of the funniest music and dance crossings - This sunset crossing has been a wonderful surprise. I didn’t have much expectation but he has overcome all illusions. The service on board was excellent. I've been allowed to drink all the combinations I want. The dance music and everyone have ended up dancing with a very good atmosphere. We have seen the buildings running along the coast of Cartagena to the ideal point to watch the sunset. I absolutely recommend it to all people who want to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Be aware! - Visited Cartagena for the first time with a group of 7 and booked this in advance online. The only information received from the tour operator is the name of the pier and to be there at 5pm. While en route to the pier, our taxi driver asked which pier entrance number we're supposed to be at and we did not know. Upon our arrival we finally located the boat and which entrance to enter. Unfortunately, there was a long line of at least 50+ people to pay for a tax to enter and we were stuck waiting. There were another 75+ people within the pier area waiting so it was busy. Next thing 5pm rolls around while we're still in line and we saw the boat leave the dock. Once we were finally able to talk to the pier staff, he told us there was nothing they could do, especially since we booked online. After digging around for a phone number, I tried calling and messaging the operator with no luck. The only communication back I received was an automatic message providing links to their website and stating they're unavailable. I attempted to contact the operator to see if they had any other service they could provide during our stay but I received no response. HAD WE KNOWN, we would have arrived super early. I'm sure the tour was lovely but its frustrating to not have any additional information. I had booked other tours in Cartagena and the tour operators were very informative on how early to show up and who to look for. It's been 3 days and I have not received any response. For anyone going, it's entrance #4 and be there at least 30 minutes early. Good luck.
