And for a bit of fun, why not pick up some of Cartagena’s most common slang while you’re enjoying a glass of rum?
After the lesson concludes, we’ll provide you with a video tutorial we’ve created, showcasing all the moves you’ve learned, so you can continue to practice them at your leisure!

Jeff and Jorge were super... - Jeff and Jorge were super friendly and personable! The instruction was clear and not intimidating. The group was small enough to get good direction but not so small you felt intimated. Would definitely do it again!

Master the basics - Jorge and Jeff did a wonderful job! It was a small, intimate class, and they made us feel so welcomed. We had no prior experience, but they made us feel comfortable and confident enough to try. We learned the basics of three dance styles, and they even sent us videos afterward so we could review at home. The class included a great selection of beer, wine, and local rum. Along the way, they also taught us about Cartagena’s culture—sharing local slang and explaining the cultural importance of the dances. The teachers were so passionate, especially Jeff, whose love for dance was contagious. Highly recommend!

Thank you!! - Amazing and so fun. Jeff made it so simple and easy to understand. And he made me feel like embarrassed about being a very bad beginner 😅. I’d def recommend do this. Fair warning, the stairs to the roof are tough to walk up so BE CAREFUL

Fun tropical dance instruction in a great venue - Fun experience. The instructors really know how to break it down for you...they get you salsa/bachata/champeta dancing in one session.
Suitable for all in the family, we had teens in our group and they loved it. Great location, music and instructions. FUNNN!

Rooftop Fun! - Had the best time dancing the night away! Learned three dance styles (Salsa, Bachata, and Champeta) among a small group of friends and strangers. By the end of the night it felt as though we were hanging at our friends and they offered us drinks and a great time! A night Full of great vibes, music, laughter, and rhythm! Highly recommend if you’re looking to dance and have a great time doing so.

Great class to learn the basics of Salsa, Bachata, and Champeta - Me, my wife, and my daughter all enjoyed learning the basics of Salsa, Bachata, and Champeta, while enjoying a few alcoholic beverages. The instructors were very good and patient at teaching each type of dance, and did a great job taking a few videos of the experience. They spoke very fluent English and were fun. We all had a great time!
