First class care, super recommended - We had an amazing experience in Cartagena renting the boat. A quick 40 minute boat ride to reach our destination, Elmer and Pedro were the perfect hosts! Do not hesitate for a second - book it now! - Very nice walk and top service. Everything was very easy. From communicating with William for reservations, to welcoming Jimmy into the marina, to walking with Omar and Pedro, the experience is worth it. We loved the islands and felt very well looked after by Omar and Pedro. Pedro was a very talented and careful driver during the return and Omar was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Super fun! - 3 friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party with this tour. The staff was very respectful and attentive to our needs, they kept checking if we needed anything such as refilling our drinks. We made our own lunch reservation beforehand, so the stops were planned based on that. The way back was bumpy but it's part of the experience! The crew suggested to sail back to Cartagena earlier than we were supposed to because of the sea current - it was the best decision. We were extra careful and took some pills for seasickness so we were never dizzy.

TOURIST TRAP - We were very excited about this trip and everything started reasonably, the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, it’s very apparent that they take you to very sketchy lunch places where they get kickbacks from the staff and provide you with a menu (they keep telling you it’s the same one the locals get) where the prices are astronomical and more than we were paying at our 5 star hotel in Cartagena. I have no doubt in my mind that this menu was a special one for the tourists. The “guide” and his “trustworthy friend” kept pressuring us to buy food and insisting that it’s the best food we will ever have, eventually they did become pretty cold towards my partner and I when they realized we were not going to get scammed by them. After that, it was all downhill. They took us to a beach overrun with trash and when we requested to go to a nice beach club, we suddenly did not have time though it was noon and we were not scheduled to head back until 3:00pm. It felt as though they were trying to make the rest of the trip a bad experience because we were not cooperating with their lunch suggestions. Overall, it’s a very obvious tourist trap. We would have happily tipped them more to be attentive and actually care about our comfort/preferences than try to get us to eat out of a shack so they can get a measly kickback. Nope nope nope.
