Best excursion off the ship. Perfect day - Spent the day here via a Princess Cruises line excursion. Very beautiful resort, relaxing and enjoyable We sat at the pool drinking cocktails Lunch was delicious and service was very good. Monet well spent for a relaxing day on the water. Minimal shopping opportunities but what was available was enough and the goods were reasonable. Nice selection, great boat ride to the resort. Not crowded which is a plus!! Money well spent!!

Beautiful Island. - How wonderful this island, lovely, we arrived early and it was all very cordial. The beach very nice crystal clear waters.Lunch is not the best, a little uncoordinated everything on that subject, but I did not mind, as I was going to know the island. The pure adrenaline return, we passed all the boats that came, but we arrived well.I recommend this tour.

Pleasant experience!! - The entire service was excellent, from booking to carrying out the tour. It's a pleasure to hire agencies with so much commitment and formality.

Small and not so pretty island - The boat trip to Encanto Island takes around 50 minutes, leaving from Cartagena. We paid COP 190,000.00 per person (I was able to pay by card), it included a welcome drink, a lunch that was well served, with a variety of salad, meat and dessert options and a drink (water or soft drink). The island itself is quite boring and not as beautiful compared to other Rosário Islands, the beach is small, but the sea was very pleasant, calm and warmer water. If you have no other tour option, it's worth the trip, but I would recommend other islands, such as Mulata and Palma.

Some disappointment - It is not that infrastructure is lacking, it does not exist directly. All very precarious. How to eat in a place where there is no drinking water? Very polite people. Salesmen tire. One after the other. They don't understand NO. It's a sloppy rough diamond. Excellent beach and water

Think carefully what do you give for it - Lots of money for not much. It is told that drinking including laundry but is squeaky small bottle of water. Lunch is fine. Snorkeling is under the time of lunch. So not well arranged. A lot of money for well.......

Do not recommend at all - Well, food is terrible, it is not a hotel buffet but rather a worker’s meal. Everything that would make this a good experience is extra. Aquarium sucks and is a 25 minutes boat away. The sea is nothing that the pictures show. It is a murky river. The beach is small. The only upside of the whole day was the quality dept of the hotel taht tried to accommodate our concerns but unfortunately only found us close to the time we were leaving

DISAPPOINTING - Bad experience. Terrible customer service. They sold us a dinner at Tierra Bomba for 540,000COP, where you pay the boarding fee, the drinks and it is only 1 meal (the most expensive on the menu costs 90,000). The food was stale, it smelled bad. Zero atmosphere, boring and Garzón is the cook and the DJ at the same time. Oh and also the supervisor. I leave a photo of the diaper under the table. They are unpunctual and get angry if you make them wait. Incredibly unfriendly, the tourist is pure money. On each tour they constantly ask you for a tip for everything. We paid more than 2 million pesos on tours and if you also don't leave a tip they change the treatment towards you. They wash their hands saying that it is not their fault, but they are the visible face and they sell the services even if they do not offer them. I hope that with the commission they got from our contracted services, you can do the tours yourself so you can see how basic and disappointing they are. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS AGENCY.
