Private tour to islands - We had the best time. The boat is in mint condition. The booking process was flawless and the price was right. They are not the cheapest but the price is reasonable for the service you get. Our host Camilo was great, He took care of every aspect of out trip and make us feel like loyalty. The captain and the helper were fantastic, smooth sailing and the best care from them. Overall a wonderfull experience. It is our second time using botegena and they did not disappoint. Highly recommended this company.

The best walk to the islands with family ✨✨ - Our experience with this agency was excellent. From the start we were very confident and everything was very well organized. The walk to the islands was certainly the best part of our trip: we enjoyed every moment and had a lot of fun with the family. Everything went perfectly and without complications, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest. We would definitely rent with them again in the future.

A superb day out on the water - We had so much fun! Our host Brayan was awesome! We had some trouble getting to the dock because of a race closing the street, but Brayan came out and found us. We had a wonderful day snorkeling and partying at Cholon. It is worth the money to have a boat go wherever you want it to go. It is worthwhile to have a wonderful crew making all your drinks and navigating the islands. The snorkeling is really nice with a great deal of diversity on the reef (rainbow parrotfish, damselfish, coral etc) Wish we could do this every weekend!

Snorkeling Trip with No Gear - This tour advertises that snorkel gear is provided. Once we were on the boat, our guide, Isabella, asked what we would like to do. We had already communicated ahead of time when booking that we wanted to snorkel and explore relaxed beaches and areas of the islands away from the party scene. The ad for the experience listed snorkel gear as being included. When we asked about snorkeling, Isabella informed us that there wasn’t any on the boat. Then they found this guy selling random drinks on a floating kayak and borrowed three Ill-fitting, dirty masks and one snorkel (for four people reservation), and no flippers were available at all. It was irritating to have spent $1000 U.S. and watch all the other tours around us using quality materials as the family passed around one random, dirty snorkel. Major let down.

Botegena is a pathetic operation to Rosario islands - Botagena, exceptionally poor communication, bait and switch on boat reserved vs delivered, pick up location communicated completely incorrect, changed at last minute. Very rough water conditions for 1 hour each way, no warning from operator, beach club was nice and guide was very good but had to cover for extremely sloppy operator. Basic organization and execution was pathetic. Blamed it on us booking through Trip Advisor.
