Playa Blanca Experience - Place of beautiful waters, many people apparently in this time, entrance road a bit complicated by mud and if anything could be improved would be parking so as to exit neatly. But Nexxt Tours with Sergio was 10.

Abusive charge for Balinese bed - They promote it as a "full day beach" walk that starts at 8:00 am, but when booking I was told via WhatsApp that we would leave at 8:30, to end leaving at 9:00 am. I hired the "VIP" option which cost us 130,000 cops plus two people for the use of Balinese bed and I found out from the staff upon arriving at the beach club that the bed rental cost only 50,000 cops.We had no problems with the return as they were very punctual and we left at 3:30 pm exactly.

Didn’t get to go - I asked the tour operator to reschedule our trip to a later date. They said that they had done so but they didn’t. Frustrating.
I’m leaving a review because Viator keeps pestering me to do so.
I’d be more than happy to delete this review if the trip gets rescheduled because we were really looking forward to going.
