Great experience - I went for my birthday dinner and had the best time! The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. There was a photographer, so I did a photoshoot too!

Good experience - I liked it. We got lucky to be the couple to get in front of the boat, free of charge, and have our own space to ourselves. So if you’re looking to book, maybe ask if they have that available for you and yours. Drinks were good In price. Food was good. I would recommend this if you were looking to take someone on a date.

Highly recommend this tour. - This was one of the best things we got to do while in Cartagena. Karla was our event coordinator and she was amazing! The view, the friendly staff, the food and drinks were amazing! The check in was smooth and very organized.

Relaxing with great views. - Nice views and pleasant staff. We enjoyed the dinner cruise once it started. We signed up for the dinner cruise a couple weeks beforehand. It clearly showed 6:00 departure as did the tickets. We got to the gate at 5:45, which was locked and no boat was there. At 6:00 I called the listed phone number and no one answered. At 6:15 someone finally answered and they said the gates would open soon. Other people were now arriving. My wife looked on Trip Advisor and it seemed to show that the departure time was 7:00. Apparently the departure time changed at some point from 6:00 to 7:00 and I was not informed. This likely was to accommodate the sunset cruise that happened in the same boat immediately prior. The port tax was 16,000 cop not the listed 14,000 cop. Overall it was pleasant experience and the food was good.

Perfect birthday kickoff! - The dinner cruise was a lovely evening! The food and wine were great and the weather was perfect out on the water! Cartagena is beautiful at night!

GTE company used deceptive practices &tried to EXTORT extra $522 for tour booked/pd forThey cancelon12/22for12/31 tour‼️ - We booked August 14 with GTE for dinner cruise on 12/31.. I had paid ticket in my wallet, and they asked for $522 more(EXTORTION) then canceled us 12/22… now there is no bay cruises available due to late cancellation by GTE.. they cancelled us 9 days before New Year’s eve and now we have NO plans on New Year’s Eve due to their actions unless we give into their extortion and pay $522 more ‼️ They use deceptive business practices should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I have reported them to several supervisors on Viator due to their unacceptable actions

Bad Faith by both tour operator & Viator - Terrible ! We got to the gate and it was closed no one was there.We called Viator and made them are( but it was an operator that just took down the information). We also messaged through Viator messaging and What’s Up. We waited a half an hour and then we left. Throughout the time we continued to contact the tour operator who did not contact us till after we left. They asked for us to return and that they had made an error. I call Viet asking for our money back and they claimed that they needed evidence. I sent them the text and they also had the previous phone call that I made. I have still yet to receive a refund. The booking was fourth of July weekend and we are in the middle of August and I have not received anything despite me sending all of the correspondence with the operator saying that they did not show up. We paid through PayPal so couldn’t get our money back . Use credit card if you must. This is very very poor customer service !
