Very nice experience.... - Very nice experience. Allows to visit the landscapes in the city center and the sign of cartagene. Several stops for toilets or drinks otherwise you can bring your drinks.

Rides a little bumpy but... - Rides a little bumpy but so worth it. They take you to at least 3 places a tourist would want to go to take pictures and provide you with shots of alcohol.

A fantastic and authentic Colombian cultural experience - We had an absolute blast. Bus wasn't crowded, we were able to use the dance floor, there were enough stops to take bathroom breaks, and being able to bring your own booze makes it an affordable party around one of the world's coolest cities. Everyone was friendly and joining in, and the time flew by. We were the only group that included non-Spanish speakers, which made it all the more fun (they are far better at partying than gringos) but bear in mind you may not be able to communicate with all your fellow guests if you don't speak Spanish. I've seen some people reviewing this tour complaining that it's too crowded, not comfortable or the like. This is a party bus, and it's an excellent one. Don't come expecting a guided tour of the city's main sights. You're partaking in a Colombian cultural tradition.

Dance the Night Away! - It was so much fun and authentic. There was no English, but I was fine with that. The operator asked if we wanted to hear other music because we were the only Americans but we preferred the local music. Stay until the very end and go to a local club.

Great experience! - This was a fun experience and a must do in Colombia. The guide was very accommodating and tried to ensure everyone was having a good. I enjoyed myself. My only complaint is the bus got too full at a point that you really couldn't even dance or move. I think the number should be capped to ensure everyone has some breathing room !

I paid in advance for CHIVA FESTA and couldn't make the tour. - I paid in advance and couldn't take the ride. I made the advance payment of FESTA CHIVA here in SP. I saw that I had no exit from the tour after I had paid. I sent an e-mail and VIATOR responded only indicating various hours and places of exit from CHIVA. I went to Cartagena. On the day of the tour, I chose one of the locations and arrived on schedule. No one knew / knew of CHIVA or where I should go even showing the tour voucher. Conclusion: I lost the already paid ride. I left without a cell phone because there was no internet on the street, only in the hotel. When I arrived from the unrealized tour there was an email sent that same day with a WhatsApp number for me to confirm the place of departure. Very poorly organized. They did not warn me that I would receive an email on the same day of the tour.

Try Another Company - Our experience was exceptionally disappointing. Our night was to start at 7, changed 3 times. Even at 8pm, another guide helped us, thank goodness. They did offer the following night but we already had excursions planned. We requested several times for a refund, where communication has ceased.
