A neat experience to do once. Reservations were easy and instructions on pickup were clear. Our driver kept getting distracted and fiddling with the music, which made me a bit nervous seeing as how we were going through traffic lights. I’d hoped we would get to pick our music as several reviews mentioned that, but we didn’t want to be rude and ask. It was also hard to enjoy a romantic carriage ride while having to listen to Godsmack and country songs about drinking yourself to death. To each his own, I suppose. Glad we tried it once.

Didn't like having to wait on Beale Street. This is fine for adults but not for children. Would have preferred the Peabody Hotel location. The tour was great otherwise.]8>

I chose this rating because the driver was not friendly. He did not speak or engage with us at all. We saw him engaged in a conversation with people who were the same color that he was. He picked these people up after us. I believe his name was Morgan. If he does not want to engage in conversations with African Americans, then he should get another job. In the past, I truly enjoyed the ride, this time I was vey unsatisfied. He was a heavy set white man.
